I am an international expert in project planning, programming and the analysis of delay and disruption. I have undertaken numerous expert appointments, been instructed as expert determiner, testified in the ICC Courts in London and been ‘hot tubbed’. My experience in all aspects of the project life cycle provides me with a thorough understanding of the true cause and effect of project related issues, reference letter attached.

I have 20 years’ experience on engineering and construction projects across South Africa, UK the Middle East and Australia in the resources, rail, energy and construction sectors.

I have been responsible for commercial, planning, risk and project management functions and am experienced in all phases of the project life cycle from feasibility studies through to commissioning.

I started construction working for main contractors, have implemented national planning improvement programmes for two of the UK’s largest engineering firms and worked in lead planning roles on multi $bn projects.

I also have extensive experience in all phases of dispute resolution, Claims, Mediation, Adjudication and Arbitration and held lead roles on large multi $bn disputes successfully facilitating favourable commercial settlements when required, reference letter attached.
